Due to the custom and handmade nature of my products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given once an order is placed.
However, if there is an issue with your order (wrong item received or a major mistake on my end), please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
If approved, I will offer a store credit toward a future order.
Store credit is the only option no cash refunds.
